We are pleased to announce that two of our incredible Architects have been shortlisted in the Workspace Laminex Group Designer of the Year Award. Congratulations to Director, Kristy McMillan and Principal Architect, Caroline Adams on this achievement.
Kristy’s recent design work in the Educational field has been at the forefront of modern learning philosophy and spatial understanding. Projects in these sectors include Uniting College and Temple Christian College Student Learning and Tech Hub both of which have also been shortlisted in the Education Category of the 2018 Workspace Awards.
As a Director of Hodgkison, Kristy plays a fundamental role in coordinating, developing and supporting her colleagues. As a member of the AIA, DIA, LEA and NAWIC, she plays an active role in mentorship and professional development and is passionate about supporting others within the construction industry.
Caroline is one of Hodgkison’s Principal Architects and brings specialist design focus to the education, aged care and health projects she leads. She is passionate about achieving the required functionality and design outcomes for our clients and the occupants of the spaces. Caroline has been part of the Hodgkison team for 9 years and offers leadership and mentoring to our graduates. As part of her role as Principal Architect she also oversees the Continuing Professional Development program at Hodgkison and assists staff to access training and education.
